Angola. The population of Saurimo, Lunda Sul Province, has almost doubled to 200.000 as people flee the civil war and former Angolan refugees return from Congo. Karlussanze, on the outskirts of Saurimo, Luanda Sul Province, is a new settlement for 500 families, who were formerly refugees in Congo.
